• Installation training sessions, with field support
• Sales training, on today's flooring products and how to avoid costly mistakes that will eat up margin dollars
• Technical training for job site estimators. Learn how to find what the installers find before they get on a job site and make that dreaded phone call back to the store that nobody wants to receive. The knowledge obtained from this training will increase margin dollars dramatically—resulting in fewer job stops, callbacks and job failures due to improper floor preparations.
